How do you ship your bagels to ensure freshness?
We ship our bagels par-baked and frozen with dry ice or gel packs via expedited shipping. This ensures that when they arrive, you can finish the baking process in your own oven for that perfect, crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside texture.
Can I freeze the bagels if I don't eat them all at once?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it. Our bagels freeze beautifully. Simply slice them before freezing, and you can pop them straight into the toaster whenever a craving hits.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Most of our traditional bagels are vegan (excluding our Egg and Pizza varieties). Currently, we do not offer a gluten-free bagel as we haven't yet perfected a recipe that meets our high standards for 'Boichik' quality.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours and we will make it right.
When will my order ship?
To ensure maximum freshness, we typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend transit delays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bagels are on their way.
How should I reheat my Boichik Bagels?
For the best experience, preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 5-8 minutes until the crust is crisp. If you prefer a softer bagel, a quick toast after slicing works perfectly as well.
